About Me
Hi, I'm Felipe Pachá, an Engineering Director at Cencosud S.A., one of the largest retail conglomerates in Latin America. I have over 13 years of experience developing digital products that have a real impact on people's lives. I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies and trends in the industry. As an Engineering Director, I lead a highly skilled team of developers and work closely with other areas of the company to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our products. I am responsible for overseeing the quality and performance of our mobile and web applications, as well as providing strategic and technical vision for our e-commerce division. I also hold a Scrum Master certification and have strong skills in project management, risk management, and agile methodologies. I always collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that our products meet user expectations and are successful in the market.

Responsible for the continuity and resilience of critical technology services across retail, e-commerce, loyalty, supply chain, payments, POS, CRM and ERP. Overseeing cloud infrastructure (AWS, SAP BTP, Azure, On-Premise), monitoring & observability (OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Signoz), ITIL incident/problem/change management, and SRE/DevOps automation to improve MTTR and availability.
